If you encounter an issue

Since the soundwalks are done on public property, the environment might change over the years or certain paths might be blocked by construction. Here are a few options to try if you encounter issues.

1. “I can’t go the way as the instructions says”

If you by some reason can’t walk the way as the instructions says, you can download the version of the walk titled “without GPS”, take an alternative route to the next spot and continue the walk by clicking on the point on the map when you have arrived to the right location.

2. "My app can't locate me" or "the next clip won't start."

First, ensure that power saving mode is OFF, but that location services are ON. If you still encounter issues, switch to the version of the walk titled "without GPS" and click each point individually.
